Tony Lipold has served as the IEAC’s inaugural commissioner since its founding in 2019, helping guide the conference’s growth and operations. He also serves on the California Community College Athletic Association’s Constitution Committee.

Patrick Springer serves as Dean of Athletics and Student Life at Mt. San Jacinto College. A longtime athletics administrator and former men's basketball coach, he brings his experience and leadership to the IEAC.

Artie Allen serves as Dean of Kinesiology, Health, Athletics and Dance and Athletic Director at Victor Valley College. A former football coach, he brings his experience in athletics and education to the IEAC

John McHenry has served as Athletic Director at Cerro Coso Community College since 2017. A former Coyote baseball player and 2024–25 CCCADA Athletic Director of the Year, he brings nearly a decade of leadership and experience to the IEAC.

Kaytlyn Blank has served as IEAC Secretary since at least 2022 and is now Athletic Director at College of the Desert. Previously an athletics program coordinator and certified athletic trainer at Norco College, she brings extensive experience in collegiate athletics to the conference.

David Rubio has served as Athletic Director at San Bernardino Valley College since 2013. A former Wolverines volleyball coach, he brings more than a decade of athletics leadership and experience to the IEAC.
